Reader's note

This vintage penguin title is a perfect addition to any literary lover's bookshelf, adding a pop of green to the room. Raymond Bush was advised in 1914, after he had an accident, to lead an outdoor life and begin fruit growing. He became a commercial grower from 1915 - 1935 and then he took up advisory work on fruit growing. He is a member of various fruit growing committees and he has been in close touch for years with research work in problems connected with the growing of fruit, pest control and fruit preservation. His advice is still highly respected and consulted to this very day. Treat the gardener that you know or treat yourself to this fantastic title.
