The clothing and design company were fitting out a number of apartments in Bournemouth. Country House Library was chosen by lead designers www.thatgroup.co.uk to provide a carefully curated set of books for these ultra-stylish, super-luxe apartments.
THE BRIEF
To provide six metres of books to help up-style a cluster of luxury harbour-side apartments in Bournemouth.
To complement the waterside location, Country House Library provided a mixed collection of coffee table books, classic fiction and encyclopedias, many containing references to the sea, and all with lovely covers.
THE PROCESS
After curating the collection, the books arrived, all sorted and ready for placing.

A display of beautiful and readable books added a touch of literary style to these apartments.

WeWork is a global brand in shared office rental, with a focus on beautiful spaces which build communities. Their ethos is about redefining success measured by personal fulfillment, and not just worrying about the bottom line. Part of how they achieve this is by building large bookshelves into their communal spaces, filled with beautiful and meaningful books.
THE BRIEF
To provide fifty meters of mixed vintage Penguin books in colorways of blue, green and orange for display in their offices separated over the buildings ten floors.
THE PROCESS
Our in house stylists Dave, Sean and Emma hand selected over two thousand individual books for this project. Each book was quality checked to fit the theme of Country House Chic.
THE RESULT
A large collection of vintage colourful penguins, curated together to form beautiful colorways for amazing focal points in each room.
