Reader's note

This charming little pocket-sized book is a well-loved classic by D. Hammett. Retirement suited Nick just fine. He had a pretty wife called Nora, a Schnauzer called Asta and a taste for good Scotch. Allit took was a little persuasion. Like four 32 bullets, a blonde, the newspaper, the cops and a junked-up hoodlum in his bedroom. The perfect gift for all lovers of classic literature and rare, vintage books.
