Reader's note

Enchanting in every way! Country House Library is proud to present this beautiful book of poetry from 1864! Lord Tennyson's words convey such a depth of emotion even beginning with his dedication - These to His Memory—since he held them dear, Perchance as finding there unconsciously, Some image of himself—I dedicate, I dedicate, I consecrate with tears—These Idylls. - one can almost picture the scene on a stage. With a dark green cover and tooled spine, this wonderful old book is a must read for anyone who loves the classics and is a wonderful addition to any library.
