Reader's note

With a blue cover reminiscent of the ocean, this lovely old book is beautiful to behold and fascinating to read. Studies of Shakespeare is a fascinating biography about England's most famous bard. We learn about the areas in which he grew up and how this influenced his writing. The author states - The first thing we love to say about Shakespeare is that he was an English man. It was our England that gave him birth; it was in our fair Warwickshire he first learnt to love nature; it was in our great metropolis he wrote his dramas; it was in a peaceful English town he spent the last five years of his life. - study this book and find out just how much of England is in his works! If you love Shakespeare this brilliant book will fit right in on your bookshelf.
