Reader's note

Filled with the glorious wit and wonder that P. G. Wodehouse is famous for, Leave it to Psmith is a classic title that you'll want to re-read over and over again. The first chapter describes Blandings Castle and lets the reader know exactly what to expect - A writer, describing Blandings Castle in a magazine article, had once said: “Tiny mosses have grown in the cavities of the stones, until, viewed near at hand, the place seems shaggy with vegetation.” It would not have been a bad description of the proprietor. Fifty-odd years of serene and unruffled placidity had given Lord Emsworth a curiously moss-covered look. - in the world of Wodehouse, it is more than possible for a building to resemble its owner! This is an excellent vintage book that anybody could be proud to own.
