This marvellous book with a pictorial cover is a vintage edition of Anne of Windy Willows by L.M. Montgomery. This is the fourth book in the Anne of Green Gables series. This is a 1961 edition, pre-dating the change of title to which it is now known: Anne of the Windy Poplars. This story follows the character Anne Shirley over a period of three years. It begins with a letter to her friend as she relates the 'delicious' name of her new home. This edition would look striking on any bookshelf!
