Reader's note

Artie Kipps was orphaned at an early age, raised by his aunt and uncle, and apprenticed for seven years. One day after reading the paper our main character is stunned to find that he is the grandson of a wealthy gentleman - and the inheritor of his fortune. Thrown dramatically into the upper classes, he struggles and desperately tries to learn the etiquette and rules of polite society. But as he soon discovers, becoming a 'true gentleman' is neither as easy nor as desirable as it first appeared. This is a classic rags to riches story and steps away from H.G. Wells usual science fiction writing. This is a unique book and would be a perfect addition to any home library. The green cover means this book would add a pop of colour to any room!
